This 1967 Buick GS 400 convertible is one of those special GM executive cars Loaded with unique options, a Rare Car! It Came Equipped with the 400 ci/360 hp Engine and Super Turbine 400 transmission. Factory Air condition with excellent interior. Tilt wheel, Bucket Seats have factory headrest, console with tach, speed warning, power windows, light group, tinted glass, Deluxe leather wrapped Steering Wheel, Factory Am/Fm radio updated to Bluetooth. Power convertible top, Power steering, Posi rear, power brake with original aluminum drum front. Nice Paint Butternut Yellow color. Factory Buick Chrome Wheels with redline tires. AC blows cold, many updates. This car has its original VIN stamped block (numbers & dates below), original POP plate. The POP shows this car delivery internal GM. It Wasn't Just Horsepower that The Buick Had in Abundance. The Torque Rating Maxed Out at A Massive 445 ft-lb at a Usable 2,800 rpm. Factory Super Turbine Three-speed Automatic Transmission Used in this 1967, Buick Versions of This Transmission Used a Torque Converter with a Variable-Pitch Stator Called Switch-Pitch (by Buick). The Stator Blades Moved from High to Low Position by an Electrical Solenoid and a Stator Valve, Controlled by a Switch on the Throttle Linkage. Essentially RPM Variable Torque Converter Speeds. The blades Were Also set to the High Position at Idle to Limit Creep when Stopped in Drive. Butternut Yellow with black interior and top.
