1965 Shelby Cobra (Blue/Black)

Price: US $119,500.00 SOLD OUT

Base price is $65,900 before options.  This car has a few more options than the average car with the diamond stitched interior, glove box, push button start, etc.  If you been shopping around you know this is one of VERY few new Superformance Cobras available at this time.  Presently a set of Avon CR6zz tires, Roush 427SR engine and the new Tremec TKX transmission are being installed for this to be me dealer demo car for the 2022 season, however it is available for immediate  sale.I also have a highly optioned Titanium silver with Black Diamond stripes and pin stripes arriving around April 1st.  Carbon Fiber dash custom Speed Hut gauges, front air splitter and read air diffuser as used on the MKIII-R are among the many options on this car.I also have 1 build spot left for a car to be completed in June of 2022.  You would have until April 1st to decide on your specifications for this spot.  Don't hesitate as this spot won't last long.  Most dealers only have available spots for 2023 production.A frequent question is what does is cost to complete these cars?  Well, where do you want to be on the scale of mild to wild?  Going the economy route, you could have a finished car for as little $21k.  That would be a Blue Print 302 engine making 235hp.  And 235hp in a 2,300lb car is no slouch.  Entry level with a Roush engine package is their 331 SRX, making 350hp for $11K, bringing the total cost to finish to about $26K.  Step up to a Roush 427 SR making 510hp for $16K and the cost to complete is right around $31K  Note - Engine packages are sold and installed by an installer of your choice.  I only sell the cars, but can help arrange their completion through several experienced shops.Add a few options such as the canvas top, full bumpers, custom interior, etc and a lightly optioned car adds another $5,000 to the finished cost.  If one went all out with the most extreme engine and every possible option, one could get as high as $150K.  The average build with a Roush 427 engine comes in right about $105K.These cars basically don't depreciate.  10 to 15 year old Superformance Cobras are typically selling in the $75 to $85K range, which is more than what one cost when new.  The price of these cars only goes up. so the longer you wait the more it will cost you.Stop watching and pull the trigger.  You miss 100% of the opportunities you don't take.  Seriously, don't get to the end of life never having owned a Cobra.  Driving one of these cars is that special.  Visit us a NewEnglandCobra.com for more information.
