It's a 1960 Ford Starliner, not aSkyliner. This rare model has been stored for several years, and is in pretty darn good shape for its age. There is rot in the left rocker panel (new one included), the left lower inner door needs repair, the lower fenders and decklid have minor rust. The floors, trunk, frame and underneath are in very good shape. The exterior body is solid, with the normal dings and surface pits. The interior has a very nice dashboard, an excellent headliner, and serviceable trim panels. The seats need recovering, and it needs carpet. The exterior trim and chrome are in generally good shape (driver quality). all of the hard to find (expensive) pieces are there. The only missing trim is the decklid moulding and the Starliner name plates (new ones are available on line). The trim is not attached permanently. The engine starts right up and runs smooth, has some lifter tick, which is common in an engine that has sat for a long time. It yard drives, and the brakes work. All of the glass is in very good condition, The front bumper brackets are missing. All in all, this is an easy restoration, or prime it one color, reattach the trim and drive it the way it is.
