1956 Ford F100 custom oak stake bed truck. The truck has many custom upgrades. It has new cream/tan colored paint, newly refurbished wooden golden oak bed and a new TMI Interior including new carpet, kick-panels, etc. The paint and woodwork are very unique. Both paint and woodwork along with the new interior are excellent. The oak wood is stained with MinWax Golden Oak with Marine Spar Varnish. Underneath frame, exhaust, etc recently repainted. No rust ordings. The truck has a Plymouth Valariefront end with independent suspension and a Lincoln Versaile 9 positraction rear end with four wheel discbrakes and power assist brake booster and power steering. The front tires are P215/65R15 and the reartires are P295/50R15 which have basically zero miles on them. The engine is a Ford 390 cu inch with 1967mustang stock exhaust manifolds and old school ford valve covers. It has a newEdelbrock 4-barrel carburetor. It runsgreat with no issues. Few miles on motorwhich had previously been rebuilt. It isin top condition with no leaks. It isbacked up with a Ford C6 automatic transmission. As most Ford trannys it doeshave slight seepage out front seal, but it works perfectly. I am not sure of the ratio of the positiverear end but believe 3.0. Verycomfortable freeway driving. It hasGabriel Hijacker air shocks on the rear so the rear can be raised. It also hasa very stable trailer hitch and trailer wiring so you can tow comfortably withthe vehicle. Therefore, the spare is mounted in the bed behind the cab. Tiltsteering column. Seat has two small punctures on bottom which can be seen inpictures. Has a custom functioning nonleaking sky light. Has a tilt columnwith key on column. The rear undercarriageis framed with aluminum panels held together with airplane fasteners whicheffectively hides the springs, axles, etc. For sale for $44,000.Clear California title.
