1966 Chevrolet El Camino (Blue/Blue)

Price: US $10,000.00 SOLD OUT

I purchased this to be my project car, but I recently acquired a British car... and well, those parts are expensive. I have to thin it out. So, Up for sale is my El Camino, as you can see I have given it my own personality, the horns and curb feelers (which really do help find curbs) are all completely unbolt-able without harming anything. This Camino has a 327 SBC with a TH 350 Trans. There is definitely a cam of some sort in there, not too lumpy, but just enough to hear it when you're at a stoplight. I have done the intake gaskets, and gone in and cleaned everything up there. I put a new out of the box, edelbrock 650 CFM Carb on it. It has an electronic choke. Since it is a TH350, and it was originally a 3 on the collum manual. I swapped the steering collum to a new one, that now has Hazard lights.  The interior is good, there is no headliner however, and the gauges need attention. Not many of them work. Temp gauge works, and the speedometer is 10mph Off (the gear in the trans) Leaks a little of everything, but its from the 60s, it happens. The body and frame overall would benefit from some work eventually. There are some rust spots in the wheel-wells and the floors. There is a rear body mount as well that needs work. The incident in the rear by the tailgate was from a trailer, it is not on the title history. The fins are bent in a bit in the corner. Overall, the car is a blast to drive, it has a speaker system in the space behind the seats thats pretty fun. I put new rims and tires on maybe 200mi ago. American Racing Torque Thrusts. The black spots in the roof in the interior are not rust holes, just black from the old padding To recap everything new: New water pump New Intake Gaskets New Sway Bar Bushings New Fuel Sending Unit New Steering Collum New Steering Wheel New Wheels and Tires New Bedliner New Motor Mounts (Poly) TH350 that was rebuilt (no papers) New Alum Radiator with Electric Fans (turn on at roughly 185) Added a tow hitch to the rear.
