Balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days after sale. Buyer agrees venue will be Green Lake County Wisconsin for any civil disputes. Buyer agrees all inspections/inquiries have been completed and reviewed to his/her satisfaction prior to bidding, buying or making any offer. We reserve the right to reject any bid or bidder. TERMS: I accept paypal for the deposit only. Deposit is due no later than 12 hours after auction end or offer acceptance and is non-refundable. Balance must be paid via cashier's check or electronically no later than 7 days after sale. All payments must clear prior to arranging pick up. No cash at pick up, car must be prepaid and paperwork returned prior to arranging pick up. Vehicle needs to be picked up within 14 days (unless other arrangements are agreed to prior to receiving your bid or offer) of auction end or storage fees of $10 daily will commence on the 15th day. A mutually agreeable pick up date and time must be arranged. I require at least 24 hour advance notice to accommodate most pick ups. Missing a scheduled appointment by you or your transport company to pick up the vehicle will result in an additional $100 fee. Vehicle must be picked up in Dalton Wisconsin.
