The car was not touched from then until i purchased it on 4-22-16,When the car was put in the garage for the last time every thing was working fine ,the engine ,trans,and all of the controls.The previous owner stopped driving it when she purchased a smaller car so this one sat. When the car was parked it was really low on gas and it was started periodiclly until it ran out of gas,when i purchased it i added 10 bucks of premium gas and 4 ozs of stabilz installed a new battery and it fired right up and it runs great !!! everything that the 90 year old woman told me about the car was true ..everything worked as it should but the brake lines rusted thru from sitting i also had to change the master cylinder,wheel cylinders,front pads,rear shoes and hardware and the brake proportion valve..the car has new brakes all the way around !!! There is some rust at the bottom of the doors and surface rust as pictured there was a patch done to the drivers floor also and its pretty good It had new tires when it was parked and they are still on the car they don't appear to be dry rotted but they are at least 19 years old and still hold air. It has a 350 rocket motor that purrs like a kitten the exhaust is quiet .. It is what it is and thats a really nice project for someone with a reasonable price !!
