I am selling my 1977 Datsun 280z. It is a manual 4 (four) speed transmission with a clean title and pink slip in hand. Never been in an accident and has the original California blue plates. The engine is the original inline 6 engine with 140,000 miles and counting. The headlights, signals, breaklights, reverse lights, dashlights, gauges and map light are operational. The interior is 9/10; Dashboard has a dash cover. The interior is complete with door panels, uncracked center console, glovebox, steering cover column, fusebox cover, and carpet. The exterior is 7/10; The paint is not perfect; it does have chips and peeling. I recently replaced the clutch slave cylinder and spark plugs. Previous owner installed a new air filter and spark plug wires (NGK). The car has no air conditioning, the heater core is broken, there is no radio. Also, the hazard lights do not work and the rear carpet is worn and the driver seat has a tear as seen in the pictures. Minor rust in the corners of the rear glass hatch. The car does have an oil leak which I bought an oil pan gasket for and had the intentions of installing. The engine does have a knocking sound at the lower gears; it needs either a valve adjustment or a new rocker arm. The vehicle is being sold locally. I have the right to end the auction at any time.
