I bought this car from a guy who had it in a storage unit. I have the registration from 2011 when he had it on the road last. I have to many projects so selling a few off. About the car It was as I said in storage since 2012 and is currently not a driver. I did add a new electronic distributor, cap rotor and cleaned the carb. The car now starts and idles but needs to be timed. The clutch was supposedly redone but its not disengaging and needs to be adjusted. The brake pedal doesn't seem to have any oomph and have not looked at that either. the body is solid with surface rust here and there with the one nickel size whole on driver wheel well. The only floor that isn't original is the drivers and was replaced at some point. The others are original and solid.. The rockers appear to have been patched and may need replacing. All glass is there and the windshield has a wiper blade streak. The convertible top is spent and should be replaced. I was going to get it driving for the summer and then slowly restore it. That is 1 option or just do a full restoration. When I was looking for this car I looked at a lot of junk and this was the best Ive seen in the northeast. Im asking to basically recoop my cost giving some one a fair deal and a great project.
